Undergraduate Engineering Degree with relevant hardware experience
Contribute innovative and original ideas to the technology, algorithms, and products from ideation to implementation
Work with a multidisciplinary team to design, prototype, and test optoelectromechanical systems
Design and integrate novel eye-tracking microsystems into customer headsets and validate performance
Perform qualification tests on hardware using benchtop assemblies and test subjects
Develop integration techniques for tracker hardware in various form factors
Work with senior hardware engineers and project managers to ensure on-time customer shipments
Circuit design and test experience in a mixed-signal environment
Rapid prototyping: soldering, 3D printing, test jigs
Experience with CAD software (Altium, Solidworks, etc)
Strong technical writing expertise for production of datasheets, application guides, and customer correspondence
Basic programming: C/C++/Python or equivalent.
Worked with MEMS based sensors
High volume consumer product development experience
Flex, rigid-flex, and HDI board design
In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of the design and testing of electrical and mechanical hardware used in AdHawk’s camera-less eye tracking solution. You will have access to ample resources for assembly and test allowing you to quickly iterate on designs, and you’ll have the unique opportunity to work with a variety of hardware systems including flex, HDI, MEMS, VCSELs, and optics all under one roof.
You are a curious and driven person that loves to solve problems and develop new and innovative technology. You are capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines with changing priorities, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
