Dr. Neil Sarkar
CEO
- Responsible for setting the overall direction and strategy for the company across markets that require AdHawk’s core technology and products
- Inventor of the MEMS scanner-based eye-tracking system and methods under development at AdHawk
- Building a team of >35 engineers and scientists of the highest caliber, securing private capital and research funding to support AdHawk’s growth
- Over 20 years of experience as a microsystem engineer, co-founder of ICSPI corp.
- PhD fellow of the Waterloo Institute for Nanotechnology, winner of the 2014 Douglas Colton Award for research excellence in microsystems, two-time winner of the Manning Award for Canadian Innovation, and recipient of the NSERC PGS-D award
Sandro Banerjee
CFO
- Responsible for business operations and development, financial management, strategy, and contracts for AdHawk
- Raised equity and debt capital from strategic investors, corporate and traditional VCs, and commercial banks
- Former Vice President in Global Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets with over 8 years of experience executing mid to large-cap public and private financings, IPOs and providing M&A and other corporate advisory services
- MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, BASc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, P.Eng, CFA charterholder


Dr. Nino Zahirovic
CTO
- Responsible for advising on product development and related strategy for AdHawk
- R&D leader with substantial breadth and depth of technical and research experience from digital design and software, to analog and RF circuits with hands-on lab skills and a holistic approach to system design and product development
- Over 5 years experience leading a multi-disciplinary team of hardware, software and algorithm engineers to implement state-of-the-art technologies for AMOLED displays
- PhD Electrical Engineering and BASc in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo, recipient of the Waterloo Institute for Nanotechnology fellowship and NSERC PGS-D award
Dr. Winter Yan
VP Manufacturing
- To lead operations in Asia for wafer-level packaging and MEMS release process
- Key technical contributor to a wafer level packaging technology which later served as a platform for all company wide products
- Over 1 billion products shipped based on this platform
